Way to move Fallout 4 save from Xbox One to PC?

So I just got an Asus ROG GL502 gaming laptop and have been a dedicated console gamer for years, but now I want my fallout 4 save from my xbox to my PC. I have all the DLCs and some mods, and realize I would need to get those prior to moving the save obviously. My friend was able to move his Skyrim save from console to PC, but I can't find anything Fo4 related out there. Also a side note, any tips on how to set my video settings for best performance? I have a Geoforce GTX 970 GPU. Thanks in advance for the contributions!
